Hi Kim, this episode resonated so much with me. I was one of those women who jumped from diet/plan to diet, impatient and dissapointed my body wasnt changing. It was only until ive found your 12 month shred and your podcasts i discovered i wrecked havoc on my body with all those diets. It needed time to reset. And finally with this consistency my body slowly started to change. Om so thankful!

Awesome podcast just like every other one! I eagerly await their uploads each week. Thanks so much for inspiring my life in so many ways. After listening to your podcast about building your business I realised I was spending time and energy creating something I wasn't passionate about. I've now changed paths and I'm so happy with my decision!! I also just finished the 12 week shed. 7kg gone and still the beginning of my journey. Hi Kim ! Really love your attitude! Question for you I’m preparing for my first competition in March 2020 and my question is during getting a bikini competition is it normal to have a plan to build muscle first and gain weight and then cut closer to the competition date? This is a big stress in my brain as I feel like I’m getting fatter and of course more muscle. I’m working with a trainer in the city. I tried your shred protein the last however my digestive just couldn’t take the vegan protein and have to many issues. Overall I love your style and no bs attitude and would love your honest option. I’m 44 yrs , 5.4, 140 p and 24 body fat %
