Can you be consistent with your eating if you weight train a different time everyday? If so - what does that look like? I work for an international company - some days I am working until 1am. Other days starting work 530am. I obviously can fit in cardio/HIIT at home - but the gym may be eArly morning, midday and sometimes evenings.
