I’m getting asked this question a lot during lockdown. So in this week’s show I clear up some of the myths about how muscles grow, how long they stay toned, when they start to atrophy and what you can do about it. And how you DON'T even need anything as basic as a couple of dumbbells and an exercise band to maintain your muscles when the gyms are closed. Surrender to the situation. Exactly what I needed to hear today when I saw that the photo I had to work on was of a client and one of the kids wearing bold zebra stripes for their family portrait. Did we not tell them to wear neutral clothing three times in three different emails and a call? I kept putting this piece off, I was so annoyed at them for having worn stripes. Oh yeah, Kim said when you can’t change it, just surrender to it. So I highlighted the stripes and it turned out beautifully.

I could totally relate to your strong rain moment, I went through something similar some time ago, even my panties were wet! 😅 Thank you for this podcast, you are like medicine to me and to my mind! I was training super well before the lockdown and now feeling demotivated but as soon as I listen to you everything changes. I admire you and the way you think, wish I had your mindset girl!
