I feel like I am sat in Kim's lounge sharing a cup of tea and just chatting! But at the same same learning soooooo much from her in a such relaxed way. It's like having a chat a chat with your BFF!! I really enjoyed this podcast and it's exactly the motivation I needed as was starting to feel a little despondent. Thanks for the gentle kick up my butt and getting me fired me up again! I have been following and learning from Kim for years on the various social media platforms... When Kim introduced the podcasts for her private groups to the general public I was ecstatic... I have listed to every one some of them multiple times! The thing I love most is the teaching format. I have learned more about bodybuilding and life in general in the last few months of listening to Kim than I ever could have hoped for. Thank you Kim for being an awesome vegan! And thank you for all the education you have provided, I have been soaking it up! 😁

Thank you so much for the invaluable information within this podcast around having realistic expectations and creating a positive mindset around moving forward. Thank you so much Kim for all the hard work, love and real authentic inspiration you offer within the various different avenues of your offerings. At Xmas time I was burnt out , exhausted and feeling a deep sense of disconnection within myself . My body was full of non nourishing foods and my mind felt heavy . I asked my guardian angels to please send me an earth angel to help me upon my path moving forward. Then popped up was the sculpted vegan. I started reading posts, and following this woman I had never heard of previously . I loved her real vibe, her humour and the delivery of who she was . I signed up to a life changing program the 4 week shred . This literally changed my life , realigned my soul and has really put my back on track with my own goals and transformation. What can I say about this amazing woman and her company that hasnt already been said! If there is anything you need to know about building muscle and shredding fat then this lady can teach you it all and delivered in a way only Kim can 😂 this is a no holes barred, straight talking woman who takes no shit! If you're looking for someone to hold your hand and inflate your ego then you're in the wrong place! It's all in the name - strong and sculpted - mind body and soul. Kim will take you to hell and back but the results are unparalleled! I'm so thankful I found Kim and her programmes and to hear a familiar acent delivering the content and being successful is a welcome bonus . Thank you Kim and the SV team for everything you have taught me and still teach through these podcasts. I am eternally grateful and emerging from the dark into the light with a body I will be proud of one day 💕

OMG Kim, Fu@€ I love You 😆 I have just listened to this podcast and it is absolutely epic!! My little Girl has just turned 6months and for some reason everything you have spoke about in this podcast sounds exactly like me 😂😂😂 from routine with children, my perception of the 4week shred that I was going to look like you 😆 being a perfectionist on the inside of my home and being a control freek!! I think I might just take your advice on CTFO 😂 love it!! I brought your 4week shred and it's fucking hard........ I had a little hiccup with my foot and found it really hard to get back on that band wagen after beating myself up thinking that I should know better as I have done a PT course!! I seriously love your podcasts and motivation you give to us about reality and how our bodies really work, love love 😍 so thankyou so much xx

Loved this podcast topic! I recently started listening to your podcasts on my way to work and this almost got me all the way there :) I purchased the 4 week shred thinking it would help me meet my DietBet goal of 6% weight loss but I unfortunately was on a cruise week 1 and had the cold/flu week 2 and am just getting back to normal this week. Despite not doing the competition I am noticing positive effects from the workouts alone (haven’t been able to do nutrition due to aforementioned reasons). I normally workout 6 days a week for an hour so that part wasn’t new for me BUT learning to go to failure on the last set was a GAME CHANGER! I don’t honestly care what the scale says at the moment and if I lose my DietBet because for the first time in a long time I feel sore again from workouts. You are attacking my muscles in different ways, and that’s with dumbbells and bands at home, and it’s worth it to me. I look forward to seeing the changes when I jump on nutrition next week and having heard this podcast first I will refrain from expectations and just go in with an open mind knowing that I WILL see progress and that the “how much” part will just have to be a surprise. I have 20 pounds to my ultimate goal so I know I’ll be revisiting this shred in the near future and can hopefully use this round as a benchmark and push harder next time.
