As if these “Ask Kim” LIVE Q&A-style episodes couldn’t get any juicier, here comes the second to the last one, and it doesn’t disappoint!

I loved that I got the chance to delve into yet another hot topic in the industry: intermittent fasting (IF)! This diet protocol is so prevalent in so many fitness circles, but how do you know if it’s just another fad or if it’s really the answer to your prayers?
And not only that but what does IF do to your metabolism anyway?

I would like to start back to me and get to feeling better and leaning and toning up build muscle. I am so vein and never ever want to look my age. That's just me. Glamma! But mostly want to live a long life to be able to see my grandchildren grow and spend as much time with my husband. I've seen my parents go through diabetes and dementia. May they RIP. I don't want to take millions of pills that will destroy my body. I want to be strong for as long as i can.!

Love this content. I do enjoy alcohol too,but only one day a week, if that at all, & only about 8 drinks max. With no hangover ...Lol I'm soon to be 57 and really don't want to drink much at all anymore. Believe me, I've had party days back in the day. Lol I don't even think i had full blown menapause. I am around my grandchildren alot. That could possibly be saving my life from drinking too much, at least that's what my husband saids. But we do live our life to the fullest, our moto..Lol
