Thanks Kim! For all your podcasts to date. I am finally leaving a review. It must have been on my Not Important, Not Urgent list Lol. I have just done the time management exercise you suggested and I have soooo much in my Not Urgent but Important box. Hmmmm. Now to prioritize. My husband almost signed me straight up for Butt Camp after I showed him the photos. But I have to balance some fatigue issues. Which funnily enough exercise is a recovery pathway for..so not an excuse really. Xx

Kim has squeezed those perfect glutes into the gap in the market between the vegan lifestyle and body building/fitness. Scrolling through previous episodes I can always seem to find one that's relevant to the stage I'm at (just started one of her programs) for a little boost. Oh, and a word of warning, the earth-shattering grunt at the beginning of each episode I later learnt is Kim squatting some huuuge weight at the gym .... I thought I'd accidentally hit play on my rowdiest of gym playlists!

Another incredible podcast in the books! This may be one of my favorites. Kim gives it to you raw and you always walk away with so much more when you listen to her. She has your heart in mind and wants to always share how she became the incredible woman she is today so you can have equal success. “Don’t put it down, put it away”! My new motto! She gives you the tools on how to stop the daily madness and how to apply it and all because she wants you to succeed!! I didn’t find Kim by coincidence.. she was put in my path for a reason and for way more than just getting fit. I have learned so much these past years with her in my life about fitness, goals, consistency, words of knowledge I get from her non stop and apply now every single day. I can only say Thank you, thank you, thank you as you have forever changed me. I got teary eyed with this one and I am honored to be a part of your tribe. You are incredibly unselfish, inspirational, caring and want nothing but the best for us all. Cheers to success in every area of your life and always believe “if she can do it so can you”❤️
