I used to have really bad back pain. And training in the gym, especially squatting, didn’t help at all. But that’s because I was doing it wrong. Years of research and experimentation later, my back is so much better, as is my squatting technique. What’s the secret? So looking forward to the Butt Camp even more after listening to this, so many great hints and tips. I do all my training from home, lucky enough to have a pretty good squat rack, after listening to another one of your podcasts a couple of weeks ago you had a story about bringing your friend to the gym to do a workout, I went from squatting 40kg to 55kg my PB for years 🙌🏻🙌🏻 gonna try your plates under the heels tip in my next leg day to get a bit deeper

Thank you for telling it like it is and not giving false hopes, as a 58 year old just starting out in body building, I KNOW what it takes and man it’s freaken hard work. What’s great about your podcasts is you have my full attention, it’s stimulating, informative, inspiring and real!!! You’re so fricken knowledgeable, really know your stuff and you explain it in such a nurturing way, you don’t leave anything out, so self aware!! I love it!
