This podcast was ridiculously insightful! I have chronic constipation (IBS) and therefore never had much of an appetite and often ate less than 1200 calories and would still gain weight. It wasn’t until a few months ago that I made it a point to not dip below 1400. I’ve gained a few pounds but I anticipated that since my metabolism needs to come back up. Small frequent meals is what seems to work best for me, and definitely little to no processed foods
