I love you Kim. I did the 4 week shred. I thought I was dying the first week but after completing I really felt strong. I signed up for the 18 month and am liking the vegan meals. you are so wonderful and honest. most coach/trainers are not as honest in giving us so much information to succeed. I'm with you all the way! I want to be fit before I turn 60....I'm on my way with your assistance.
