Brilliant, I really struggle with the idea that being lean = complete deprivation. In the past I've dropped my calories to 1200 for months on end,at 5'11 this is NOT sustainable. With Kims knowledge I'm learning about fueling my body and actually getting lean eating more and not thinking that food=bad but food=fuel. Thanks Kim for ALL your free knowledge 😉
