Very interesting podcast on menopause as I’m not in that age range. But good to know more info now and hope to be in good shape before I get to that part of life. With all your programs I strive to challenge myself and continue to build strength.

OK, so I admit I didn’t expect that on most episodes she describes parts of me I didn't even know were there. Its like shes taking to me! Thanks to Kim I can now recognize that I'm addicted to the exciting feeling of starting new things but never finish them, and that I victimize myself. Of course, I'd never looked at it that way, but all the excuses and the blaming something else... She literally opened my eyes and heart to the path towards becoming a new and better version of me.

Another awesome Podcast Kim. I’m 55 years old and in the best shape of my life! I’m not even sure how I heard of you but in Dec. 19 I came across a masterclass from you and one of the questions you asked was “What is something you’ve always wanted to do but have not ever done what it takes to do it?” That question so resonated with me. I started my first shred Jan 14/20 & I’m there!!! I have abs! Now doing butt camp! Thank you for making me be honest with myself to do what it takes!

Hi Kim. Just listened to this podcast and it is amazing, honestly there is not much that can be added. As you have stated in previous posts we women tend to overthink sometimes and we appear to see menopause as the end of the life as we know it. What nobody tells us is that the end of one stage is the beginning of another, that can be even more fruitful if the correct approach is taken. Education is key for younger women to accept the challenges that menopause will pose. Thanks for educating us!

Thank you for giving me Hope! I am 54 years young and peri-menopausal. I have been questioning if my goal of having a Strong and Sculpted body is really attainable. I now have a renewed hope that this goal is realistic. I have heard it and I now am choosing to believe it! With your plan along with my determination and consistency, I will reach my goal.
