Wow, I have started listening to your podcast and I love them! I love your stories and you make me laugh out loud while I am doing my cardio. So far everything I have heard you talk about hits home and I love when I listen to you and feel reassured I’m on the right path! I have entered your Butt Camp and have realized I am one who needs a plan and structure and this program is amazing. It has uplifted my mood and I feel absolutely amazing. Kim has squeezed those perfect glutes into the gap in the market between the vegan lifestyle and the body building/ fitness industry that seems to have been pretty bare. The Strong and Sculpted podcast takes on various topics and gives an insight into how this mother of four children (which she home schools by the way) built not only her amazing physique but a fitness empire now worth millions. She's upfront and direct at times about the amount of hard work and dedication that's got her this far, but perfectly balances this with an understanding of where she came from as a fitness industry newbie 4 years ago, and where many of her listeners are now. It's aspirational without being unachievable. Having recently signed up for one of Kim's programs (8 week butt camp) these podcasts have been the accompaniment to many an early morning cardio session. Scrolling back through previous episodes I can always seem to find one that's relevant to the stage I'm at in the program for a little boost. And if you're not an aspiring fitness junkie, there's still plenty to take away from her more business-focused episodes (shortly to be a new venture for her). Oh, and a word of warning, the earth-shattering grunt at the beginning of each episode I later learnt is Kim squatting some insanely huuuge weight at the gym .... I thought I'd accidentally hit play on my rowdiest of gym playlists for a brief second

Thank you for this episode. I went into butt camp with the goal of growing a sweet ass. I am incredibly proud of myself, but have tons more to go. And was so worried about going off the meal plan and undoing all my hard work. So I just picked the 1,500 calorie plan and have stuck with it. But I am so grateful for all your knowledge and willingness to share and bring us along with you. My goal, have a nicer ass than Kim Constable. 🍑💜😘

Yet another informative and inspiring podcast, thank you Kim. You help me a lot. I felt those guilt feelings after a week of binging after the butt camp but now I’m back on track and onto my next goal. Very comforting when you share and I don’t feel so out in left field with the ways in which I’ve been eating, thinking and feeling. Thank you 🎖🏆💗
