This is soooo true, many times I'd love to stay on bed or sleep till later, but instead I try not to think twice just wake up get ready and go to the gym, then all the rest of the day can be s&!t, but I did my part, for me, for my body, for what I want to achieve. Listening real people stories helps me also to understand that this happen... Is just a normal but I have to keep pushing even if I don't even see the results as I'd like I keep trying it! Thank you for this postcast one more time!!!

To exercise every day but I did and im still doing it. Butt camp was such a motivation specially after seen my body changing! Im 40 with 3 kids. You make the impossible for me to be possible! Thanks for truly be you and for that simplicity that has draw me to be your humble follower! Thank you Kim!

I recently started to listen to your podcast... wow! I found the words that lifted me up when I was feeling down. I remember listening to one of your past podcasts and you mentioned Rose and it was amazing to found that good energy that gives energy to continue. This particular podcast reminded me to keep small goals and progress as you go. You have really change my life with simple been who you are. I never thought that it was possible for me

I love the advice and starting slow to be successful then adding more good habits! I use this with fitness. When my kids were younger, I worked out but didn't focus on how long, my goal was to do something every day. Now I have big goals of adding a ton of muscle and I'm following a specific program (basement jacked)! I need to do this same thing for my financial life. I really need to create small good habits to lead to my big goals! Love your podcast and advice ❤👊

I am in week one of the Basement jacked program and OMW! when I woke up this morning everything was sore. I thought to myself how the 🤬 am I going to do my strength training today. So I started my day by listening to this podcast and it motivated me to get my ass up and go and lift the weights. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I completed my workout and I actually feel better after. So thank you Kim for yet another amazing podcast, my new motto in life is NOBODY CARES WORK HARDER! 😊💪🏼
