I found him on Instagram) I had just had a baby and was exclusively breastfeeding. He gave me a gym program (2hrs 3-4 times per week) and a meal plan. The meal plan was items of food to eat and 6 times a day. It included an apple. Sooooo following his plan could have meant I could do all that training and eat 6 apples per day 🤯

Love the podcast, Kim! Listening for the second time. I'm on phase 3 of the 12 week. I can't get Vitago where I live, what do you suggest instead post gym? Also you mentioned about weight gain following low carb. Does that mean you need to almost do a reserve situation and start increasing slowly at the end of the shred?. Thanks again! This is going to be awesome to listen to each week.
