I just love listening to your podcasts!! You just have a way of encouraging me to do more and do better. In the past few years I’ve had so much stress. Since I started following you in March 21, I’ve never been more motivated to improve myself, physically & emotionally. I’m one of the folks that hasn’t really completed a program fully, to the T, but I have no one to blame but myself, Nobody Cares Work Harder. Listening to you encourages me to keep going and get back on it to try again. You mentioned in this podcast that it isn’t you making it happen for us, that we are responsible for doing the work and the ones making it happen. This is true but listening to you is so very inspiring and gives us all the courage to get out there and do it. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! ❤️🤗😘

One of my favorite mindfulness exercises Is to take stock of little things that make me happy. 🍷WINE! This show plays a similar role for me. Hearing how Kim acknowledges all her actions &truly tells you how it is makes me so motivated. I have to get my ass up no excuses! She makes you feel like you’re not alone ,you can accomplish anything you set your mind to-JUST WORK HARDER! When I Listen to a podcast of hers I Feel all pumped up like I just watch Rocky. She’s a NO BULLSHIT KINDA GAL.CHEERS

Fab episode Kim! This one kept me entertained on a 5 mile run to the pharmacy and back 🏃🏼♀️. Loved the info about saving food cals for weekend boozing. That’s what I need to do as I do love a glass or two of wine/champagne/gin 🥂 how do you manage to say no to all the drink snacks though? Once I get a glass of wine in me I want to eat ALL the tortilla chips n dips..
