Whether you knew it or not, the speed of your progress in the gym today, or the lack of it, began when you were back in school. Remember those days? When you got something wrong in a test and the teacher put a big red cross next to your answer? That’s when we all learned that failure is bad. But if you’re gonna get faster results in the gym, you need to fall in love with failure. Fail in order to succeed, people! Here’s the how and the why. www.thesculptedvegan.com

It was a great post cast, I'm one of the I guess heaps of people training and putting a lot of time towards exercise but not achieving what we really want. I thought I understood how progression worked, but now I'm considering to start all over!. Today I went to the gym and I realized, as i expected, I was training like a chicken... I was capable to add a lot more weight. Don't even ask me what I was doing before, I feel ashamed but ready to kill it this time! Thank you very much for the info and for sharing your knowledge with everyone!

Love this episode. I tend to not push myself as much as I should becaSue my knees constantly grind and pop. But I’ll figure that out and start pushing myself harder.
