Brilliant Kim once again . I can totally relate to everything regarding consistency I have been yo yo dieting for about 30 yrs !!! That is shocking to me . That is the whole of my adult life. Until I found you and your podcasts I had no idea about the nutritional and biological science about diets. I have been so caught up with the need to try so many different ways of loosing weight I haven't stuck at any of them. If they didn't work straight away meh I tried another one. I have taken your " Patience consistency and discipline " quote and written it so I can see it everyday. It's like I have come out the other side of a dieters nightmare and can now see my direction . Thank you so much. No more guilt no more inconsistencies ❤

Thanks for the amazing podcast, Kim. So many little pieces of information and advice that helps me not only in my sculpting journey but also in life. A few of your podcasts have been like this. I did the 12 week shred which I never thought I would be able to finish but in doing and finishing it I've realised I can achieve so many things. I am capable, strong and motivated. Thank you for helping me realise that :)
