If you can change your body, you can make a million dollars.
Pretty bold statement, right? But it’s true. The process it takes to change your body is the same as the process it takes to make a million dollars. And I know this because I’ve done both. And let me tell you: neither one is fast or easy.
So why do we get frustrated when our bodies don’t change as fast as we think they should? Why do we focus on our cellulite, compare our dimply skin to someone else’s smooth skin, and then beat ourselves up because the cellulite isn’t going away despite “doing everything possible”?
It’s because we have no real sense of reality. Many women come through my programs and expect to erase years—often decades—of abuse to their bodies in a few short weeks. What has taken years and years of bodily neglect to obtain (excess stomach fat, cellulite, etc.) can’t possibly be fixed overnight. It takes years of consistent, focused effort doing all the right things day in and day out, even when you’re exhausted, fed up, and honestly sick of waiting.
You keep going. You never quit. It has taken me 5 damn years to get rid of my cellulite and build an ass I’m truly proud of. And that’s with my starting point already being in a decent place! Getting rid of cellulite is not easy. Building a beautiful set of glutes is not easy. Making a million dollars is not easy.
What does it actually take? Listen to the specific strategies you can start implementing NOW to get rid of your cellulite, build your dream body, make a million dollars, or do whatever you damn well want—because these strategies apply to any goal you will ever have.

Fully relate to needing to be realistic when it comes to body transformation in 8 weeks...my expectations have been writing cheques my wobbly ass can’t cash 😆 While motivating in one sense I also get pretty deflated looking at other people’s progress pics wondering how the hell they’re trimmed down and showing muscle in a few weeks of a program and I’m here flexing hard and still not so much as a twitch out of my bicep.

Reality is I’m looking at people who are already fit, lean and training and who have muscle....and I’m here at almost 40% body fat and my ass a half million in ‘debt’. Realigning my expectations for Buns & Guns my transformation goal isn’t going to be well defined biceps and tight glutes but just losing my muffin top and having a little less junk in the trunk 🍑😄
