Some of the worst times in your life can be when somebody gets really angry with you. It can be devastating. Well, maybe I can help you here. At my personal coaching session this week, we explored a few incidents in my life where blame and responsibility had raised their ugly heads. From the time I was at school and had the confidence ripped from me by an angry teacher, to an accidental pregnancy that caused a serious rift between me and my husband. This is one of my most emotional podcasts yet, but don’t worry there’s a happy ending to all of this, and more than a few insights and tips so that you can deal with any angry incidents in your life with all the calm of a zen master. Let’s go… thesculptedvegan.com

I truly appreciate you putting yourself out there. I struggle to share private things about myself because I worry I'll be judged but you make me want to share my struggles so that others can feel normal. I feel normal when I listen to your podcast. Listening to you also gives me a person to look up too. Especially this podcast made me want to be a better person, more patient and understanding.❤

Thank you for sharing your heart once again. I teared in your story of standing in the corner as young Kimmy, I could relate and teared at the end as well. It was an emotional podcast for me too. I didn’t think I was like the troll but your talk made me see things in me I didn’t see before, why I sometimes act the way I do. I appreciate your honestly (as always) as it makes me want to improve and be a better person. You opened my eyes up a little bit more today, thank you for helping me on my journey by sharing yours.❤️
