Thank you giving us details about how to feel full. I always felt like having 2 protien shakes was like "snacking" instead now I know it's fueling my body.

Kim has a great style of delivering information. Powerful yet easy-to-execute strategies explained in a straightforward way. Utterly unpretentious, unlike some podcasts out there. Kim is inspirational. Looking forward to future listens.

Hi Kim!!! This podcast hits home for me. I'm not going to lie, i am on my final week of the 12 week sculpt & shred, i did NOT set up a food plan. I so see results but know that i could have been sculpted & shredded x 10 if I took the time to set up my nutrition. It can be very overwhelming but so glad I've been following you. This podcast has motivated me to want to take the time and do the WORK & plan my nutrition on my fitness pal. Your program, podcast and FB page Is phenomenal!!! Everyone is so supportive and you always seem to know when to talk about "problem areas" to keep me engaged. I've already set my calendar for 1 year out from November 11th!!! Finally a podcast that clear things up about snacking! As I was listening to Kim I've realised that in some cases the strategy that she follows in terms of meal planning/meal prep might actually tackle binge eating as well! How fabulous is this! I love how she brings the science in to her talks and gives example of scientists. This proofs her wider knowledge of the field that includes some behavioral issues, not only the nutrition ones. I've already purchased one of her programmes already, and to me it was an eye opener in body sculpting! I believe, these podcasts will feed into that knowledge. Fabulous work, Kim, and thanks for sharing your experiences and knowledge with us! Xoxo

Awesome podcast Kim. Snacking doesn’t just ruin your goals it also just tired the body out, if you’re constantly digesting it takes sooo much energy which it could be putting into healing and repair in between meals when it’s resting from digestion. Can’t wait til the next podcast. So loved the 4 week shred, doing it again 1st November and hubby just finished the 12 week. Your advice, programmes, information and ‘can do’ attitude are totally inspirational.

I love listening to Kim, not only is she also a Norn Irish lady like me but she is just such a wealth of information. I love the down to earth no nonsense approach she has to health and fitness. I have done her 4 week shred and enjoyed awesome results and my husband has just completed her 12 week shred. Here’s hoping he wins!! Whoop! I totally agree about snacking and reassuring to see Kim is making people aware of how awful snacking really is! I can’t wait to hear the next one.
