Your story about how you felt the first time you tried Atkins reminded me of the first time I did one of your shreds ( 4 week shred) and went vegan cold turkey, it was not a good feeling ☺️ so had to go to working out my own macros but have gradually reduced my animal product intake and felt good doing it that way 😊 I still eat some animal products but massively reduced on what I used to eat
