Fabulous podcast! The Game Changers was the film which moved me to try eating plant based back in January. I believe that James really has done SO much research into the benefits of eating more plants and less meat. Loved that you’re such a fan girl Kim 😊 I love soy based products and to be fair, didn’t ever think it could be harmful ( she says tucking into tofu scramble for lunch)so all is well 😜

Thank you for this. I loved the "Game Changers" and James also helped to influence my husband and my sons to try harder in their whole foods quest. ...nearly there! You are such a joy to listen to and I truly appreciate the extra soy/tofu information James provided. I also.listened to that other 3 hour podcast you talked about and cheered for James and the Game Changers throughout the whole show. You brought a lovely connection between TSV and Game Changers. I wish I could say more 😘

Kim, this was awesome. While I was on vacation in June, my aunt and I got in a serious disagreement over whether or not we should eat soy. This went on every time I was reading a label or preparing for for Buns-N-Guns... needless to say I sent her a link to your podcast about soy and she is now convinced that eating soy is not bad for ypu... she has even purchased a few products with soy in them. She has also gone on to listen to a few of your other podcasts and loved them. Thank you.

Kim thank you so much for taking on this topic. At 61 years old I have been dealing with menopausal symptoms for over 15 years! After being introduced to your programs in 2020 and changing my diet to vegan/plant based and integrating soy using your meal plans, I am finally starting to have relief! I am grateful for TSV and the impact it has had on my life!
