I LOVED this episode. It makes so much sense. As a society we honestly don't know much about out bodies...considering we live in them everyday. I've learnt so much from you, Kim and I'm determined to break the cycle my Mum bought me up in for my daughter. I don't want to have body image issues or yo-yo diet, binging on chocolate then eating lettuce for the next few days but ultimately never sticking to a healthy lifestyle. Your podcasts are saving me research time xx

Awesome podcast, great clarity as to how a quick fix diet/shred works and how to come out of it without gaining the weight back. Totally highlighting long term goals are the way to maintaining your goals though 😍😘💖

I freaking love this episode! I have been extremely lean twice in the past but each time I went about it the complete wrong way and of course rebounded HARD!! Ever since then I’ve been struggling to find what works. I just love how simply you explain things and it was a massive “ahh haa” moment this morning listening to your podcast on my walk. I’m a bright girl but gosh I’m stupid when it comes to diet & exercise. I’ve also been chowing down on the tofu so I’m glad you brought up that elephant in the room! Thank you for being so honest and providing such informative content 😃
