Your greatness weakness is also your greatest strength! Wow I loved that, I’m definitely using that in any future job interviews 😂 In my work I would never ask anyone to do anything I wouldn’t be prepared to do myself and this has been my view since I started working full time at 17. I’m now 42 and that view still stands and although it can create extra work for me initially, it definitely pays off in the long run in terms of people respecting you and being willing to work ‘with’ you. Thanks💚

Ahhh, the divulgance, I Love it!♥️ I truly Love how honest you are in all of your podcasts Kim, it's so transformative for all of us and you at times and it truly brings back the importance of communication and friends (which is what you are to me in my opinion!). I can only imagine what running your business is like and how taxing it can be, but you are a woman of persistence and perseverance and I think that we see much of ourselves within your chats. It’s so hard to come to terms with secrets. We all have them. So impressed by you sharing things with the world. And yes, I LOVE how you take time out of your busy life to pop into the fb groups and comment. It just shows you truly give a damn about people. Your genuine sincerity and honesty, is appreciated.
